Use the email or phone number your administrator registered.
Contact the Failov administrator and ask them to reset your password.
They will give you a one-time password to sign in with. You will be asked to choose your own before you reach the dashboard, so it only works once.
Ask for it in person or by phone rather than by email, and do not share it with anyone.
